Cell signaling in hematopoiesis and leukemogenesis

My lab generated and characterized multiple genetically engineered mouse models for oncogenic Ras-driven blood cancers, including juvenile monocytic leukemia, chronic myelomonocytic leukemia and its transformation to acute myeloid leukemia, and multiple myeloma. We use these models to study disease mechanisms, develop novel combination targeted therapies and immunotherapies, and validate therapeutic strategies in preclinical studies in vitro and in vivo.
